Today’s workout- chest and triceps. I tried new (to me) things today in the gym. If we don’t try new things- then we can’t change and grow.
Change is scary. We can either-
A) give up and go home
B) Every day, no matter what- show up, don’t give up, and do my best.
At the end of the day…if I can look back and say to myself “I couldn’t have tried any harder”- then I have been successful.
Just give me coffee and I can make it through anything. ❤❤💋
Today was legs… Leg day has become my favorite in the last year. I remember when any lunge/squat was impossible because all those muscles were so weak. Now- it’s so exciting to see the weights increase (albeit slowly 😂) on those same excercises. 💪😁
When we keep working at something day by day no matter what- we can’t help BUT succeed. ❤❤

I had the entire gym to myself for awhile this morning 😍😍😍 it was awesome.
Shoulders and abs today 💪😀 my shoulders were actually the first part of my body that I learned to like about myself years ago.
It’s important to find things about yourself that you like instead of always looking at the things that we don’t like about ourselves. ❤❤❤

Workout today…legs and butt. 🙊 my entire life I have had…..a flat butt 😂 I remember the boys in junior high asking if I even had one…..😕😱😂😂
So that is one of the goals that I need to work on and address for my competition. #buttgoals Seriously. 😉😀
