Bean and Cheese Tostadas ~ Fit Mom Adventures
If you thought that tostadas were going to be "off limits" since you decided to embark on a health and fitness journey....think again. Soft corn tortillas are used to create healthy tostada shells.
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup beans
- shredded cheese
Spray corn tortillas with nonstick baking spray. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 -15 minutes. Top with beans and shredded cheese.
This is a recipe for one, so it's really simple to make yourself for lunch.
