Black Bean Protein Brownies

 

Black Bean Brownies ~ Fit Mom Adventures

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • ¼-1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all in food processor or blender until completely smooth. Spread in 8X8 baking dish and stir in ½ cup mini chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Cool before cutting.
