Chicken Stir-fry ~ Fit Mom Adventures


  • 3/4 cup diced chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup spinach sauteed w/ 1 tsp sesame oil


  1. Saute everything until desired- then eat. 🙂
