Chocolate Protein Mousse ~ Fit Mom Adventures
I absolutely LOVE this recipe. It makes me feel like I am eating something absolutely sinful. My husband isn't a huge fan, because he doesn't care for chocolate yogurt. It's ok. I don't mind not sharing.
- 1 cup nonfat unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 packets stevia (or to taste)
Mix altogether in bowl. Put in the fridge for a few hours. It will develop a mousse like texture if you let it sit. If you just can't wait, you can totally eat it now.
