Cook Ahead Shredded Chicken Breast ~ Fit Mom Adventures
Sometimes I like to have shredded chicken breast on hand for meal prep or recipes. This is so easy to do and then you can freeze the shredded chicken in portions for future use.
- 3 pounds frozen chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup water
- seasonings of preference
Place all in crockpot and cook on high for 6-8 hours depending on your crockpot. Shred with two forks. That's it! Easy Peasy! 🙂
