Daily Workout Post

Workout this morning was chest/ tri’s. I love that I have gotten so much stronger that I can do tricep dips now…..I remember a time they were impossible. I hurt my shoulder a few months ago so I have to be really careful with not dipping too low- but still really proud! πŸ’ͺ😁

Also- did some core de force today (sshh- don’t tell since I shouldn’t be doing extra cardio) and I did a video for it that I’ll post in a bit. 😁❀ it’s been a busy morning!

But all that means that I will FULLY enjoy my cheat meal (did someone say pizza? πŸ•πŸ˜πŸ˜) tonight.
