Daily Workout Post

Late morning post. Full disclosure this morning. I had the HARDEST time getting into my workout this morning. It seemed to be taking forever….and I wasn’t feeling strong.

So I took a break and re-grouped. Grabbed my headphones and turned on Five Finger Death Punch until it drowned out everything else. Then I was back in my game. I went up in weight and added in some extra that I’m going to feel later! πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ😁

Sometimes we just have to take a step back from things for a minute to come up with a game plan and get back in the game. πŸ˜‰πŸ’‹
