Late post today for my workout….I had to take my weekly progress pictures so I thought I would share one here. It helps to see things from week to week and keeps me accountable even though it’s hard to post them. ❤ So this is week 3 of my training for competition.
There was a recurring theme yesterday on Facebook of everyone not feeling their workouts yesterday. 😕 I think today was my turn. I woke up tired and had to push myself to really work hard during my workout. 💪
