Ok- Day 1 Shakeology. I chose cafe latte flavor because I’m a coffee ADDICT. Nervous about my choice because I like to have smoothies with protein powder, banana, etc after my workout….and I’ll be honest. I’m not adding banana to coffee 😜
So, today’s recipe is straight up. Shakeology, 1 cup almond milk, splash of vanilla, and ice. Blend.
Pretty simple. I’m prepared to not like it- but seriously……..the taste is amazing! 😍 It has a deep coffee flavor with almost a nutty taste to it. I really was prepared to need to doctor it up- but I really didn’t need to.
I’ll keep posting about my experience with it for the next 30 days. I don’t have “weight” to lose, so I won’t be able to comment on that exactly. Stick with and see how I feel about it in 30 days! 💪
