Easy Healthy Baked Ziti ~ Fit Mom Adventures
Here is another recipe for one. For when those Italian cravings hit hard. Healthy baked ziti! Whenever you want, and it serves one. So no waste.
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked whole grain ziti noodles cooked and drained (measured after cooking)
- 1/4 mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce seasoned (or Grandma's sauce from the Fixate cookbook)
Combine all and bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
