Gingerbread Cookie


It’s that time of year again! For holiday-themed treats! What if you could have something that tasted amazingly sinful……but was actually good for you? Omg……this recipe rocks!!

Gingerbread Cookie

1 serving Greenberry Shakeology
1 ½ cups ice
1 to 1½ cups almond milk
½ medium banana
1 Tbsp sunflower butter
1½ tsp. cinnamon

For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Blend slowly at first to get good consistency then speed it up for about 30 seconds. Feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (almond, rice, or coconut milk)—the more milk, the creamier it gets! Enjoy!
