Insanity Max 30- sweat intervals week 4 + Getting it done as a busy mom



Adventures of a fitness mom is just that……my life as a fitness MOM. Some days are hectic with kids stuff and today is one of those days.

Filled with laundry, pb&j’s, and juice boxes. But, I have to make sure that I find the time to fit my workouts in. I know what can happen when I constantly put everyone above me and the next thing I know….it’s 9 o’clock at night and I never worked out.

So a later workout than normal- but it still happened and that’s the point. In the last couple of days I could have EASILY said “I’ll catch up with it tomorrow…or next week”.

So…let’s get out there and take care of ourselves moms! ❤ So that we can then take better care of everyone else.
