Today I planned out our meals for this week. I thought I would join Meal Plan Monday over at http://orgjunkie.com/and share them here also, so maybe they would be helpful to someone else! I love her website for all sorts of wonderful organizing tips and printables for your home. Plan on getting all your ingredients at the beginning of the week and then you are on track for a week full of dinners without panic at the dreaded 5 o’clock dinner panic.
Monday: Whole grain taco bake casserole
Tuesday: grilled fish, brown rice, steamed veggies
Wednesday: crock pot chicken breasts with wild rice
Thursday: turkey meatloaf, brown rice pilaf, green beans
Friday: breakfast for dinner
