pumpkin fall season. I heart ALL things pumpkin. I could turn orange at any moment from all the pumpkin I love to eat. 😀 So…. a healthy snack sitting in the fridge waiting for me that screams pumpkin fall? Count me in and let’s save an entire shelf in the fridge for it.
Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding ~ Fit Mom Adventures
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond or skim milk
- 1/8 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
