Bean and Cheese Tostadas ~ Fit Mom Adventures

If you thought that tostadas were going to be "off limits" since you decided to embark on a health and fitness journey....think again. Soft corn tortillas are used to create healthy tostada shells.

Ingredients

  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray corn tortillas with nonstick baking spray. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 -15 minutes. Top with beans and shredded cheese.
